Lost Items 

All items will be sent Recorded Delivery so there will be a tracking number, so Please contact us within 10 days of any items that you have not  received, and we will send you tracking number.

 Standard Delivery times

Royal Mail should deliver within 3-5 Working days to the UK Mainland
By Airmail 5-7 Working days Europe / 8-10 Working days worldwide, unless there a postal / weather disruption.


Feather Items:

PLEASE DO NOT WASH!!

 

Please Note!! Some of the feathers may become lose.. this is down to the making process of the boas and the said item..

 But this is very normal and will shortly stop without the item becoming bald. 

 

Corsets

Are best dry cleaned.. or wiped down..

 

Bustle Belts..

These may arrive creased please hang up on coat hanger to help the creases to drop out or 3 seconds in the tumble drier on low heat will work..

ONLY 3 seconds…than puff out as required..

Return policy

Exchanges & Refunds

When after you have purchased your item/s you are un-happy with your order, please contact us via Email Or Call us:07977807925 along with Your transaction code & Name that you bought the item on. We offer an exchange if a faulty item has been made on our behalf. 

When the item is to be exchanged you will be given a return code and address details.

If the item is no longer in stock we will offer a refund, this will be made in the same method that payment was made.

We also understand that you may change your mind of the colour you have chosen after you have received your item, so we will accept an exchange of the item, buyer would have to pay for the return of the item and also the outgoing postage once again.

For exchange & refunds ALL Conditions need to be met :

1.      The items has NOT been worn

2.      Tags still attached!

3.      Prior arrangements have been made beforehand with you and ourselves, as you will be given a return code number.. along with address details to send item to.

4.      Underwear items are NON RETURNABLE due to the nature of the item (ie personal hygiene). 

5.      You need to contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your item to inform us of any problems.

6.      And that we have the item in stock.
