Returns Policy** If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return an item for a refund, please  message me within 48 hours of item's arrival.

 

Item/s need to be sent back with a return form that you can find on my website under returns.

 

Please fill out the enclosed return form and send the item back to me within 14 days of its arrival. Ensure that the item is still tagged unworn. Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear or swimwear if the protective hygiene strip has been removed.

 

Item needs to have 'The DO NOT REMOVE' tags etc still attached.

 When completing the form, please select a return code from the options: 1. Arrived damaged 2. Doesn’t suit me 3. Too big 4. Too small 5. Faulty 6. Not as expected 7. Wrong item sent.
